As we start a brand new year, many of us are going through a transformation. Out with the old, and in with the new! It is recommended for most actors and models, to update their head shots, at least twice a year, and for other professionals, at least once a year, or with any major change. This can be a change of hairstyle, or color, losing or gaining weight, or even something as significant as the removal of braces.
For one of my loyal Jacksonville clients, Kenisha, it was time to do something new.
The first time that I had the pleasure of photographing Kenisha's head shots was back in 2010. Something very simple and formal, but very corporate in nature. At that time Kenisha had locs in her hair. A few years later, we got the opportunity to update those head shots to do something that reflected her personality a little more.
With her locs in curls, we did another session early last year in the studio. This session was to reflect the "TRUE" Kenisha. The young, beautiful, and vibrant woman that was behind all of those brains and ambitions. Not just the mother, grandmother, or the Navy Wife, but the individual that has trained and led sooo many people, and still continues to inspire so many.
During 2014, Kenisha decided that if changes were going to be made around her, then she had to start with herself. After 8 years of growing locs, she decided to cut them off. Now with a new look, new motivations, she is steadily building a leadership system that you can visit and be a part of. Visit Metaphoric Makeup and see how she and her company can help you.
